Our weekly workflow


  • Daily/weekly client syncs. Short, focused, always with a point: what’s moving, what’s blocked, what’s next.
  • Hybrid setup. Everyone gets remote days. The more senior you are, the more flexibility you have. PMs and team leads spend more time in the office. It comes with the territory.
  • Regular client demos. Every team member gets a seat at the table. Real feedback, straight from the client, every two weeks.
  • Tech talks. Teams at DECODE run their own, and every two weeks the whole company gets together for the Tech & Product All Hands. Someone always has something to share.
