Our California-based client aims to improve the security and management of gated communities and properties with restricted access. Whether it’s multifamily residences, student housing, or other facilities, they’ve created an app that helps users manage their properties intuitively.

The challenge

The client already had a web app, accompanied by a simple mobile app, but it wasn’t fit for the scale of their plans. They needed an expert team of mobile app developers to create a new app from scratch.

Residents can issue visitor passes with precise access times and types. A log of all visitor activity ensures security and oversight.

Event management

Users can create events, send invitations, and track RSVPs. Event-specific passes make guest access seamless while maintaining community security.

Touchless credentials

This feature allows residents to unlock gates using Bluetooth-enabled credentials. Residents can manage multiple properties, set favorites, and switch between manual and automatic access modes.

Resident directory

A searchable database of residents categorized by their roles (owners, tenants, members) fosters better communication within the community.

Ticketing system

Issues like maintenance requests or community complaints can be logged, categorized, and tracked through an easy-to-use ticketing system.

Vehicle management

Administrators can register vehicles, including license plates and details, to streamline gate entry. This feature integrates with visitor logs for enhanced security.
