Your impact

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to take clear ownership of product outcomes and lead a multidisciplinary product team. In this role, you’ll shape product vision and strategy, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and make sure the products we deliver solve real user problems while supporting business goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery and delivery across multiple client products, setting clear priorities and maintaining focus in an agency environment that involves occasional context switching,
  • Contribute to pre-sales by shaping solutions, defining scope, identifying risks, preparing estimations, and turning early client ideas into realistic product directions,
  • Translate client business goals into concrete product outputs, including wireframes, user flows, and well-written user stories that support effective design and development,
  • Make product decisions based on user behavior and data by defining analytics, spotting drop-off risks, interpreting insights, and proposing improvements that increase retention and business value,
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and commercial constraints, making pragmatic decisions that deliver value without unnecessary development work,.
  • Analyze competing products and market patterns, separating proven best practices from solutions that need adaptation or should be avoided,
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers and product designers by setting quality standards, reviewing work, mentoring team members, and strengthening product thinking across projects,
  • Improve product and project ways of working to support clarity, transparency, and strong collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams.

We expect

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, or a related field,
  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry,
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,
  • Experience working with international clients,
  • A solid understanding of all stages of software product development,
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to connect day-to-day product decisions with long-term client and company goals,
  • Experience in product discovery, market research, and analysis,
  • The ability to prioritize features based on user needs, client goals, and business constraints,
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills,
  • A good understanding of agile principles and practices,
  • Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and Scrum methodology,
  • Experience in defining and tracking product success metrics,
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence,
  • Full professional fluency in English and Croatian.

Bonus points

  • Background as a software engineer, UI/UX designer, or QA engineer,
  • Experience working in a software agency,
  • Proficiency in German.
