Annual bonus

We divvy up the Bonus Pool based on your time at DECODE, salary, and impact. The better DECODE does, the better the bonus.

Referral bonus

Also known as the bounty hunter award. You’ll get EUR 2,000 for every engineer who joins DECODE through your referral.

Vacation time

Just like your pay grows with time, so do your vacation days. The more responsibility you take on, the more time off you earn.

Flexible working hours

The 5AM club is a little extreme for us. On the days we come to the office, it’s between 7 and 10 AM.

Remote work

From 74 to 165 remote days yearly, depending on your seniority level. Or you can go full remote, if you qualify.
