We’re looking for
We’re looking for a Mid Product Designer who wants to do more than just design screens. Someone who enjoys shaping products from messy ideas into clear, usable experiences.
You’ll be involved early, help define problems, and take ownership of turning them into well-structured, thoughtful solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Turn ambiguous ideas into clear product concepts, flows, and experiences,
- Contribute to discovery: ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help define what should be built,
- Design across the full process — from structure and flows to polished UI and prototypes,
- Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and clients to make sure what we design actually gets built well,
- Present and explain your work clearly — not just what you designed, but why,
- Spot opportunities to improve products beyond the initial brief.
We expect
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital products,
- Ability to take ownership of parts of a product, with support when needed,
- Strong product thinking: you don’t jump to UI before understanding the problem,
- Strong Figma skills: auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping,
- Organized files and systems: your work should be easy for others to pick up and build from,
- Using AI as part of your workflow, or actively figuring out how it should fit into it,
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
Bonus points
- Experience using product analytics tools to spot friction, validate design decisions, and uncover opportunities for improvement,
- Experience in product discovery or user research,
- Background in an agency or client-facing environment,
- Experience facilitating workshops or structured discussions,
- Basic understanding of how things get built (you’ve worked closely with engineers)

Salary range

- Voluntary pension contributions (third pillar) – If you want to invest more in your future, you can opt into third-pillar pension contributions. The amount you choose is automatically deducted from your gross salary.
- Housing support – We offer rent reimbursement through a gross salary deduction.
- Loyalty rewards – We mark the milestones. You’ll receive a reward after 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, and 20 years with DECODE.
- Christmas bonus – December is a month of giving, and Santa Claus always makes a stop at DECODE.
