Die Verm\u00f6genswerte seiner Kunden erstrecken sich \u00fcber Depotbankkonten, Anlageportfolios und private Krypto-Wallets \u2013 verwaltet \u00fcber mehr als ein Dutzend separate Tools, ohne einheitliche \u00dcbersicht und ohne M\u00f6glichkeit, den Kontext \u00fcber Workflows hinweg aufrechtzuerhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-bottom:calc(30px*var(--scale))\">Die Herausforderung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-24-font-size\" style=\"padding-bottom:calc(30px*var(--scale))\">Der Kunde verf\u00fcgte \u00fcber die Komplexit\u00e4t eines anspruchsvollen Finanzbetriebs, aber die Infrastruktur eines Dutzends unverbundener Tools. Im Einzelnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-bottom:calc(30px*var(--scale))\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-style-2 has-24-font-size\">\n<li class=\"has-24-font-size\">Die Verwaltung der Kundenverm\u00f6gensdaten erfolgte \u00fcber eine Plattform, die mit vielen anderen Tools f\u00fcr Aufgabenmanagement, Kommunikation oder Dateiverwaltung <strong>nicht verbunden<\/strong> war.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-24-font-size\">Keine bestehende Plattform konnte die mehrschichtigen Eigentumsstrukturen abbilden, die ihre Kunden nutzten: eine Familie, die juristische Einheiten, Untereinheiten, Portfolios und einzelne Verm\u00f6genswerte \u00fcber mehrere Ebenen h\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-24-font-size\">Die verwendete Software erforderte <strong>monatelange Abstimmungen mit dem Anbieter<\/strong> f\u00fcr jede Anpassung. Die Analyse best\u00e4tigte, dass kein bestehendes Tool die mehrschichtigen Eigentumsstrukturen der Kunden abbilden konnte.
